Brad Bruce is Sr. Director of Benefits & Wellbeing at CIBC. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and his career spans clinical rehabilitation, disability management, benefits policy and wellbeing. He has been with CIBC for 17 years where his passion for wellbeing and his work have found a perfect match. Along with his team he delivers benefit programs for employees and retirees in Canada and is driving a global focus on wellbeing. Brad is married, has five boys, is a fan of early morning HIIT workouts and enjoys playing and coaching hockey.

Hannah Lumen is a Good Life Consultant at Allstate, dedicated to fostering a culture of wellbeing through innovative programs and strategic initiatives. With a background in organizational psychology, she specializes in measuring wellbeing interventions and leveraging change management strategies to promote their success. Hannah leads Allstate’s Wellbeing Champion Community, which has been integral to the success of the company’s wellbeing initiatives. She applies a data-driven approach to designing and implementing solutions that create meaningful impact for both employees and business outcomes.

Brenda Larkin has nearly two decades of experience in strategic planning, teamwork, and project management across the fitness, health, and employee wellbeing fields. In her current role Brenda oversees a team of partner success managers who support LifeSpeak Inc. strategic partnerships and end clients, partnering with them to provide strategic guidance, driving engagement strategies and communication plans. Brenda holds a B.S. in Kinesiology from San Diego State University.
