LifeSpeak is growing our partnership team as we look to add a Director of Business Development, charged with expanding strategic alliances with partners in the United States. This role requires an individual with proven success growing awareness and demand for a B2B service brand using social media. Our ideal candidate has exceptional writing skills, experience developing creative, high-quality social content, strong planning and organizational skills, and understands the importance of measurement and reporting. Initially, the focus of the role will be on organic social media with a small investment in paid social. Based on results, the investment in paid social may grow over time. The role is to be filled in Toronto/Montreal/Ottawa.

Work directly with our clients to execute and manage their LifeSpeak programs. Analyze their metrics, and tailor content to suit their needs. Pitch campaign ideas at our brainstorming meetings for new ways to engage our users.
Our Toronto-based product team is the think tank of LifeSpeak. This is where the research and development happens. Conceive new products; code with HTML, CSS / SASS, Angular, C# and more; explore the latest in UX best practices; and spread the word with content marketing.

To help us continue our success, we are looking to expand our content team with a full-time Bilingual (English and French) Content Manager who will coordinate and collaborate on the creation of our content. You will work remotely from Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa (or surrounding areas) focusing on: Maintaining our CMS and content database, project managing our various video shoots, coordinating live webchats, and providing day-to-day support to the content team.
