LifeSpeak is seeking an energetic self-starter to lead business development in various regions of United States. Experience in the well-being or benefits space is preferential. Open to both US and Canadian based applicants.

LifeSpeak is growing our partnership team as we look to add a Director of Business Development, charged with expanding strategic alliances with partners in the United States. We are looking for a self-starter who has a strong background in the insurance, well-being, and/or benefits consulting sectors.

Account management.

Work directly with our clients to execute and manage their LifeSpeak programs. Analyze their metrics, and tailor content to suit their needs. Pitch campaign ideas at our brainstorming meetings for new ways to engage our users.


We are looking for a new, 100% bilingual teammate to help serve our wonderful bilingual clients!

Product development.

Our Toronto-based product team is the think tank of LifeSpeak. This is where the research and development happens. Conceive new products; code with HTML, CSS / SASS, Angular, C# and more; explore the latest in UX best practices; and spread the word with content marketing.


We are looking to expand our team with a full-time Bilingual (English and French) Content Coordinator who will help execute our content plan!

Finance and accounting.

Manage our cash flow, inform our business leaders of how the business is doing, help maximize our financial well-being, and protect our business with controls, compliance, and other financial best practices.
